OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION 

Support colleagues about system, device & computer ‘s issues

BROAD SCOPE:

IT support

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain all office's equipments and material to meet 5S standard
Support everybody fixing trouble from Samsung SDS ‘ system and others function.
Record all system problems (network, hardware,software), try to find out the best solutions in the soonest time 
Disseminating instructions, rules which are given by RHQ, Service Desk for everyone

Go to carriers to pick up Original Bill of loading , Invoice, Certitification and others kind of document

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

College/ University graduated, major in IT.
Having knowledge about IT ( network (CCNA) , PC trouble shooting (hardware, software)) 

SKILLS:

Be able to use Microsoft Office fluently
PC trouble shooting , find out problem occurs and solve it.
Be able to communicate by English
