MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
-Manage and troubleshoot workstations, helpdesk activities etc.
-Monitor and solve issues, fulfil requests on IT Service Desk.
-Assist seniors and Manager in handling projects (Infrastructure and Application).
-Provide IT support functions professionally
-Provide IT training to users when required
-Perform general administrative tasks such as the technical documentation of systems and processes writing reports and tracking inventory,
-Provide support in IT Asset Management and databases.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related subject
-Minimum of One year work experience in an IT-related field or an equivalent position elsewhere
-Good knowledge of IT equipment such as desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners etc.
-Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office & Google applications
-Ability to work independently and in a team
-Desire to learn about and research technology
-Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
-Courteous and helpful attitude
-Fair skills in English – TOEIC or IELTS or TOEFL qualification is an advantage.
-Willingness to support professionally.
-Teamwork and honesty.
Preference given to candidates with experience in:
-Microsoft & Google applications / Development
-Experience on MCSA/MCSE, CCNA/CCNP
-Experience of MeanStack, Uipath, Data analytic tools
-Background or experience on SQL, Java, .NET, Mobile App Programming
